This is a second-generation scan. It is a scan of a former ACL railroader’s railroad-issued photocopy. The railroad cut off a bit of the right hand information on a few pages. No diagram information is missing, just about an 1/8 inch of the right margin – the end of some words are cut off. This only affects a few pages.
