Build dates start at 1911, builders include Pullman, Barney and Smith, St Louis Car Company and more. Notes on most diagrams indicate when numbers from the series were retired and in some cases who they were sold to. Updates to diagrams range from 1937 to 1962. It is obvious that this book had many more diagrams at some point, but that is the nature of these types of books. As cars are sold or go out of service, the corresponding diagram is pulled from the book. The index shows car numbers and names – including cars that are no longer included in this book.
